1. Ice

You can use and apply the ice wrap in the following easy steps:

  • Put some ice cubes in a plastic bag
  • Wrap the plastic bag with a small towel

  • Remove the ice for some time and apply it again

If ice is not available, then frozen peas or a cold spoon can be used as an alternative.

2. Witch Hazel

  • Apply aloe vera directly on the blister. It cools down the blister and helps in healing it.
  • If aloe vera is not available, you can also use aloe vera juice which is readily accessible in the market.
  • Mixing aloe vera juice and vitamin E essential oils can give great results. Apply it and let it dry down.

5. Sandalwood

10. Tea Bags

Precautions

  • Should you pop a blood blister? No! It is essential to keep in mind that never pop a blister. Blood blisters heal themselves and do not leave a scar behind. Popping may leave a scar.
  • A blister is nothing but bruises. Place a bandage over it while working to avoid the bursting of the same.
  • You need to take special care if the blister bursts. Wash the wound with anti-bacterial soap and apply antibiotic ointment on the same. Cover it with a fresh bandage; this will help prevent infection.
  • Try to avoid the skin injuries to prevent blood blister on the finger.
